As a leader at DPR, Aaron was a strategic partner in consolidating DPR Consulting and VueOps into one entity focused on building a SaaS business to help building owners better operate their facilities. Aaron’s tenure in design and construction as a leader in project management and design management focus him on the CapEx/OpEx divide to help owners and building managers with the operational changes and mindset to prioritize data from design and construction for the purposes of streamlined operations. Aaron is passionate about building the right team with the right customer to change the built environment and drive efficiency throughout the building life cycle.
As a founder of DPR Consulting and subsequently of VueOps, Andrew focuses on product design and management for applications. He helps customers establish appropriate Lean construction, BIM, integrated project delivery, and operations and maintenance practices. Andrew has assisted with BIM for facilities management implementations for large-scale healthcare, aviation, bio-pharmaceutical, and public agency owners. Backed by advanced degrees in construction engineering and management from Stanford and a BS in architecture from U.C. Berkeley, Andrew regularly shares his virtual building expertise with a host of professional organizations.
With deep technical knowledge in BIM and facility management, Arundhati is a natural fit for ensuring customer success at VueOps. She is passionate about data, facility management, and hiking the great outdoors. The rigor of her advanced degrees in Architecture and Construction Engineering and Management from Arizona State University, have given her the ability to synthesize complex information, develop a structure for problem-solving and deliver effective outcomes in high-pressure situations. She is currently mentoring the next generation of VueOps subject matter experts, while working along-side our healthcare clients to ensure customer success.
Atul has been instrumental in the successful growth of DPR and VueOps. He has made strong improvements to the business through his leadership in BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Lean. As a Management Committee member, he helps ensure the company’s strategies around VDC, data, prefab and SPW are successful. Atul works with project teams across the country to implement VDC and Lean tools, and he collaborates with academia and research groups worldwide to advance the use of technologies and improve project delivery processes. Atul is co-author of the book, “Integrating Project Delivery."
Chidambaram spent his career at DPR Construction on solving complex construction issues for large-scale healthcare projects in a virtual environment, and now at VueOps as a strategic leader in product management. His expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of several levels of Building Information Modeling (BIM), along with structural modeling and visualization tools.
A natural teacher and facilitator who excels at building internal company excellence in operations, Claire helps drive employee growth and engagement through mentoring and coaching. She moved to VueOps from DPR Construction, bringing extensive technical and project management expertise, a sharp eye for efficiency and improvement, and a strong educational background including degrees in architecture and construction engineering and management from UC Berkeley and Stanford. Whether managing construction of complex façade systems on a hospital, establishing workflows with multinational cross-functional teams, or developing business infrastructure, Claire applies focus and agility to implementing project or company-wide initiatives.
A natural problem-solver and numbers man at heart, Eric studied civil engineering in school before his love for building steered him towards a master’s degree in construction management. During more than 30 years in construction and engineering, he has combined the best of both worlds. Eric has been instrumental in setting up preconstruction processes and operation systems that continue to serve as a foundation for DPR Construction today. A founding member of DPR’s Management Committee for 28 years, he now serves on the Board of Directors. He continues to help the company identify new opportunities to increase efficiencies in project delivery and better serve customers, including through VueOps.
With more than 20 years of successful marketing, branding, communications, public and media relations experience, Kristie has strategically led, developed, and executed a variety of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to build community, drive sales and increase membership. She has held a variety of leadership roles with both B2B and B2C organizations including DPR Construction, ICE Mortgage Technology and the YMCA. At VueOps, she is committed to serving the diverse needs of a global company by amplifying messages that change the way things are done in the AEC industry and sustaining a positive brand image.
Mike Davison is a software veteran with more than 40 years of business, marketing and product management experience. Over the past decade, Mike has focused on developing applications for the AECO industry. He is currently the CEO of VueOps, a pioneer in the digital transformation of facility operations. Previously, Mike was VP of Products for INDUS.AI (acquired by Procore in 2021), a leading developer of Computer Vision and AI solutions for the construction industry. Prior to joining INDUS.AI, Mike led Product Management for the BIM 360 product line at Autodesk. Mike was also the CEO of ourPlan (acquired by Autodesk in 2014), an early developer of Lean Construction solutions. Mike has an undergraduate degree from the University of California and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Sean honed his skills and gained extensive experience working in the area of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) for multiple construction management firms for 12 years prior to joining VueOps. His roles ranged from MEP trade coordinator on large healthcare and biopharmaceutical projects, to development manager in model-based estimating methods for construction estimating departments. One of Sean’s most humbling and fulfilling roles was performing the 4D schedule analysis for the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site in downtown Manhattan. Since 2014, he has sharpened his expertise by consulting to building operators on the transition from construction to facilities management.
